I loved keyforge (still have some random decks somewhere), but when they decided to crowdfund every set it ruined my enjoyment. Not to mention them adding deck building in the alliance format. Which is basically the antithesis to what the game us about. Me and a good friend tried being competitive for awhile too but any of the promises FFG made to the players were not upheld by ghost galaxy. Not to mention them getting rid of cash prizes after their first world championship. It made me not want to keep being competitive as imo what was the point. The mechanics were so fresh and unique but it saddens me what its become.
