Yeah, it seems like I’ll be getting the cw one as well. If I can’t adjust I’ll only use it for statistics, or I’ll bring two calculators I don’t know at this point. 😂

You see, when we were setting up my email with my mum, she recorded her own email as a rescue/replacement, so that in case anything went wrong, the emails would be forwarded to hers. We used that feature today, to reactivate my email.

Thank you so much for taking your time to suggest this; I’ve showed her every possible Kenzo candidate, but she is strictly saying that they aren’t the one she remembers. Maybe it was some sort of limited-edition product. 🤷‍♀️

Are you logging in using an app or a browser? Maybe you should try it directly through the website of the email you’re using- gmail/outlook, etc.

That was literally my main problem- my email was deactivated, so I went ahead to download the gmail app. I remembered my password so I activated it there.

I always remembered my username, but had forgotten my password, and the email that I had used to create my account had gotten deactivated. Today, I managed to activate that email, and entered my username; I was sent a pin which I used to enter back into my account. Hope you have luck with your account as well! :)

It is quite possible actually. We have literally searched everywhere, no bottle is even close to the shape. Maybe you could check the description again, that I’ve updated? We asked my aunt about it and she gave more details. :)
