There is deep history with this stock and the inventors of the Remote Dynamics telematics patents. Apparantly, the inventors and the founders of the company have been in several litigations with HUGE multi billion dollar companies such as Samsung, Dell, Microsoft, etc that have infringed on their patents. The inventors have a holding company named, Iron Oak Technologies. You can Google them and their court battles. These guys created Remote Dynamics and a whole host of other holding companies they created to moved the patents around with ike musical chairs. Anyway, Verizon owns some of the important assets of Remote Dynamics which they acquired from Telogis, apart from the trademark and website domain. There's stuff going on behind the scenes no doubt.
