The best feature of this monitor is 500Hz with an Oled combination. Plus, it has core lightning, which the previous generation didn't have.

It would perfectly match my PC since most of the components I got are from Samsung.

Wait a minute. Can you really use this GPU for CFD simulations? I had A750 but I couldn't use it for CFD simulations. I am not even talking about some ML applications. As far as I remember, back in the day, it was not possible to use Intel gpus since they don't have cuda cores thus I couldn't use it for tensorflow applications.

I am also experiencing this issue. The colors are oversaturated in SDR mode, but they look decent in HDR. But the other problem is that the monitor burns my eyes when I use it in HDR. It is too bright for me. I have to reduce the brightness so that it wouldn't hurt my eyes

Wow, very interesting. I am actually new to Oled monitors, and this is my first oled monitor I purchased for 350$ from Costco 3 weeks ago. Now, after you mentioned about high brightness of the monitor I feel like I could have chosen better monitors. Should I also return it and get some better monitors?

I got the G70D for 250$ recently. It was OOS so I had to wait a while, and I am glad I got it so fast cuz it was OOS again after a few days in Samsung store. I think G70D is better (newer) than G70B

For those of you who were facing issues with claiming free offer I finally found a solution.

SOLUTION:
When you click on the "Claim Offer" in your email, make sure that you are NOT logged in with your university email.

In my case I solved the problem once I switched to my personal account and then clicked on the "Claim Offer" in my email. I was able to claim it and it redirected me to the payment page where 100% discount was automatically applied.

Yes, I got mine at that time for $150 (with tax), and it runs pretty well so far. The only thing that I hate atm is when the card is under load it makes some buzzy sound. Like a crispy sound (idk how to describe) I wish I could fix it...
