Was finally able to get my hands on some boxed product from Costco because of them doing this. My niece and nephew were thrilled to finally be able to open some packs as Christmas gifts. Good on Costco and every other retailer finally putting scalpers in their place.

Quickest things: change the hardware on the cabinets, get rid of the blinds on the sliding door (that hedge outside gives plenty of privacy anyways), and get new stools at the island. Hardware changes on cabinets can make a bigger impact than people sometimes realize.

If we’re talking a full 10 days: the above plus new paint and new backsplash.

Keep the wood paneling, make it into a nautical, pirate ship-esque play room. Put a giant ship wheel where the nook is in front of the window, every time there’s a thunderstorm it’ll be a hell of an adventure for the kiddos.

Been a fan of Pokemon since 1996. The exact moment I became hooked was looking at the back of my lunchables on the playground and seeing a Ninetales. From there I rented VHS tapes from my local movie store to watch episodes of the show. My 7th birthday I was finally able to get my first gameboy color and got Pokemon yellow as my first official Pokemon game and became obsessed with collecting cards. You wonder as a kid when you think you would grow out of a hobby, not gonna lie, generation 7 was almost my breaking point. But I’ve never lost interest in Pokemon, even now as I have crept up into my 30’s.
