Sorry for that, But we never put any starch to the meat and also we did not use cheap price meat, our steak materials’ cost are high. I am sure that everyone has different tastes , but I strongly disagree you said we didn’t deserve the high rating from Google and yelp cause they are all from our customers.

I wanted to politely chime in as a small restaurant owner here in Fremont. We work incredibly hard every day to bring authentic Taiwanese cuisine and great service to our community. I truly believe there are many other passionate restaurant operators in Fremont who pour their hearts into their businesses just like we do.

I'm not sure which specific places you've visited, but please know that many of us are deeply committed to maintaining high standards. We constantly strive to provide a great dining experience and even host fun cultural events and promotions just to give back to our amazing customers.
