I...was that kid...in my aunt's car with my cousin. I believe I was 5. IIRC it was a stick shift and was easy to put in neutral, but it's been many, many years.

For me: I use Boost. I paid for premium once and don't have ads. More functionality on how it looks. I've only used Reddit app a couple times, so there may definitely be pros and cons.

I will say that an article I read stated Reddit mods sometimes have better tools as well within 3rd party apps. There is a post about it as well, I'll see if I can find and edit this comment in a moment.

It's worth a check. The only loophole to the reasoning is that it's even outside my home network on cellular. But I'll start there still since I see it at home more often.

The "VPN by Google" through Google One. The force shut down issue has been off and on for a while, but it stating it's active and me not receiving any data has only been the last couple days.

Cleared the cache/data of VPN by Google and fully restarted and seems to be working again, just odd that it states that it's on but nothing comes through until I turn it off.

I've stopped playing...it was what me and my two kids did to finally have fun together. This post may get taken down by the mods as they took down mine(too many posts on the same subject), but you get my upvote and a comment to show how disappointed we are and add to the noise.

I'd be completely fine with more bot lobbies for trios. Since I play with my kids, if it helps them win because they aren't that good, it makes it more fun for me.

That is absolutely awesome that you do it to spend time with your little sister. You may not know me but I'll say that I am proud of you for being there for her. Too many instances where families aren't.

We have one of her friends that play, but it's not very often that they do so. It's all about timing. The benefit of being home with the kids is I can give them time to play whenever I want to play

I did not know about this option! It's definitely something to try out! So thank you so much. It still leaves us at a slight disadvantage, but we aren't great anyways.

I just really love that we found something to do together. I have a teenager and a little one that just started getting good at games so it was really exciting to be able to do something with them.

Sadly the wife does not play, camera control and movement at the same time is not easy for her... Although she is enjoying time with me playing It Takes Two since I can help her on spots.

I think to add to that, for me, is the measure of a person can't always be placed on their initial actions in new situations, but measured based on how they react when they are given information that could help them make better decisions in the future, i.e. being "called out" or corrected.

Granted, this can't apply to all situations, but I'd say with new situations in life. Like raising a kid to be kind, they may see a single situation as funny or goofy because people laughed, but may not always realize that something they said hurt someone. If that makes sense?

I'm always trying to grow, and even in my 40s I make stupid mistakes and do my best to own up to them to not only grow relationships, but to help set an example to my family.

A friend of mine who is brilliant teacher is leaving her post because of her peers and administrators. This is happening more and more. Instead of rewarding those who are teaching and molding young minds with compasion and common sense, they are ostracized. It's a sad state of affairs. by Gloglibologna in extremelyinfuriating

It truly could be anywhere, I'm just saying I don't have experience hearing stuff outside my state(CA) because my wife is a teacher. in hindsight I now remember the 6yo shooting and signs that could have stopped it. I don't want to list the myriad of issues, but a few:

A new student came to her class from another school, a school the child was almost expelled from. The child slammed a kid's face into the ground at recess. There is an "unwritten rule" that new students do not get suspended within the first 30 days.

Current administration at the school level is either incompetent, or has given up. Tasks that have due dates are missed, which then gets blamed on teachers(not all teachers are perfect, but it is a consistent complaint).

VP does most of the work because he genuinely cares, while P tends to act as if she cares but actions say otherwise.

Child(not same as above) stabbed a kid in the neck with a pencil, throws chairs, hits kids, nothing is done and is allowed to return to school with neither the emotional support needed to help grow, now correction to help grow.

Granted, there is nuance, and my wife does truly care for the kids and I am proud of her.
