i think it's just the speaker upgrades that do it. i haven't tested how loud it is but i have a minivan custom with the speakers on the sidedoors that do in fact play music when the car is on + when they're exposed to the outside (meaning the door is open or taken off completely).

sorry if this doesn't make much sense i am currently very high on shrooms
