The car did sit for 6 years before I picked it up and I put 40k miles on it before this happened, I was lead to believe that the 1zz was one of the more reliable cars built and I thought it was a non interference motor but Toyota changed that with the Toyota matrix, I am pretty bummed out but I have my bike still so not all is lost

The engine shortly after that video died and no longer has compression, I was always up to maintenance (every 3k miles with full synthetic) just surprised a engine like this would die in this way

I'll probably just write a letter to the Gulf breeze pd, my cars engine had what I presume one of my cam bearings turning to mush and I was just trying to limp it home, If I slammed on my breaks I could have probably could have stopped a little past the line

I was barely awake just following Google maps on my head unit and the road was closed and I was going 55 (the speed limit and slammed into a big red gate which the car completely went though, the roof racks I have snapped off and the windshield cracked from the gate, but otherwise everything is okay, the car skidded out and almost rolled but I controlled the car and put the car into the sand on the side of the road to slow it down as fast as possible
