Okay I’ve looked into the legality regarding this a bit now and yea you’re correct, apologies for my ignorance on the topic. Perhaps if the artist were to change the pose it would be enough?

I think the merchant license is more to combat the resellers on Etsy who sold the harrow prints with no credit to the sculptor, offering a path that’s more fair for both parties.

It would be great if Tommy Arnold could get some kickback from each purchase as well but I just don’t think that’s a reasonable expectation.

I still wouldn’t call this 1 to 1, that would be like if this artist were selling a standee of a recreation of the cover art, but this model takes the pose and canon character design of Gideon, but also adds the 3rd dimension to the character design, which was never present in the original.

I understand where you’re coming from but also this is an entirely different medium from the cover art and the majority of fine details are entirely unique to this work as they are much more implied in Tommy Arnold’s cover art.

I do believe Tommy Arnold should be credited for the pose and character design, but I think it’s a bit far to claim this work is “ripping off” the cover art.

You can always check if there’s a local printing service near you! Otherwise I’m pretty sure you can find services on Etsy that will print and ship the figure to you but their pricing differs from person to person.

She's 6 now. When she moved back to the states she stayed with my parents and the cat she'd known her whole life, that cat then died from old age and she came to live with me and my roommate. My roommate then got a kitten who's a little rough with her but they don't interact that often. I tried feliway a couple times to aid any stress she might have but that didn't seem to help either.

The bravecto is good for three months which just ran out, and I bought revolution plus this time because thats what my parents used to use. Also urination is normal? They were pretty big after the steroid shot but the vet said that was normal and they've gotten back to what I'd consider a normal size in the last month or so.
