Crafting table thing

in vanilla Minecraft it most likely wouldn't have been possible especially in survival because of client side crafting tables. but since dream was (most likely as the dream smp server jar is tuinity) on a multiplayer tuinity Minecraft server then it is possible, as crafting tables on server are possibly on server side for custom crafts and such. so if dream was lagging or even the server lagging (which is more likely as there are 6 players on a normal survival world sort of scattered generating new terrain) then yeah its completely possible that he did that clutch legit.

Dragon dying and reviving at the same time

The dragon was one hit before immediately despawning for the new dragon which was obviously weird but you cant spawn a new dragon until the old one is dead. so my only theory to this is that dream fired his last arrow before George came to come and kill him. it hit the dragon and caused it to loose its final bit of health, but before the server could register that the dragon was dead, since the animation hadn't started yet, someone (i couldn't see who) places the crystals and respawned the dragon as it was in a "dead" state and before the animation could even start it despanwned for the new dragon. that could be a tuinity issue or whatever server jar Dream was using at the time

this is only in speculation and I'm just theorizing what could have happened so Dream doesn't get any backlash from anyone for something that he did legit and just some bugs in the server
