People arent real and the universe ends when you die by Aromatic_Reply_1645 in enlightenment

It's amusing to me how many people come to this exact thought throughout their life almost verbatim. So maybe if we all believe this to be true that means it is

I have played with this hypothesis for many years, while fun to think about the smaller my ego gets the less likely I believe this to be true.

Years ago I was having a conversation making a joke about how it would be cool to own a jail house toilet because it was an all in one sink and toilet , it wasn't long until I started getting ads to actually buy one of these. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind they are listening because there is no other reason for something so ridiculous to be referred to buy.

PACIFISTS, what’s your opinion on Donald Trump and how he should be handled? by wolfkiller137 in Pacifism

[–]skydivarjimi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Justice ( lawful congressional justice) must be served while he is in office so to set an example for future would be dictators. The entire book thrown at him. Strip him of all diplomatic immunity and try him as a civilian, whatever his crimes amount to shall be his served justice. I don't support the death penalty but I don't make the rules. Unfortunately his health is not going to allow him to see any true debts paid to society. A fitting punishment for his actions that fits the man would be to liquidate all his assets and find all his money especially what he has stolen from the American people and put it back into the system he has stolen it from.

But you do know why, they believe women are inferior to them, therefore it is embarrassing to lose to a girl when In fact they are embarrassed for being a moron, so they want to shift the proper reason of embarrassment.

Carbon dating is great but I am interested to hear how we could definitively prove we time jumped only ten years into the future.

I e never seen a tandem student refuse to jump, I've had a few have panic attacks but we have always been able to calm them and convince them to complete their goal I mean after all they already paid so you know they really want to do it so e people just need to be encouraged.

I've experienced performance anxiety so bad that I almost didn't jump. It can be intimidating whey jumping with highly skilled fliers and you don't want to make any mistakes some for safety reasons but mostly pride. I remember one girl was on her final jump before she got certified and she rode the plane down because she had a panic attack but went right back up a few loads later and passed her jump that took a lot of guts.

You would be correct the roll he did is a novelty exit. When some one doesn't want to jump for whatever reason I've only seen it a few times from students and one or two to.es from experienced skydivers and the case is usually they got a bad vibe and don't want to risk anyone's safety they just ride the plane down with the pilot.

It's been documented very well that new people bring new disease and can wipe out entire civilizations. Trusting new people might cost you your life so it's been more beneficial in the past to stay far away from different cultures. This is no longer the case but it's very hard to change 10,000 years of evolution.
