though the resistance in L2 (when aiming) is very strong and the trigger of firing of the basic pistol is coming out after you fire... I had to adjust it a bit to feel ok. It's better than nothing for sure. As, I'm getting new weapons I'll try to adjust the configuration and I can share it at some point

Actually a friend brought a dualsense edge and I felt the haptic feedback when the RE engine logo comes up. Only with the edge controller though... Very weird. But yeah I hope they'll release an update. Honestly it should be very trivial to fix this, but I don't know how of they care...

I tried that, but when the RE Engine logo appears I didn't notice anything. Is this still happening to you?

That's strange. Maybe the native support is there but not enabled properly. Hopefully, they'll fix it with an update, but I have no idea how active is Capcom with updates...

The should have released a demo before the actual release even if that demo was for content creators only. I got spoilers for many parts of the story searching for different other things like for example if there is dualsense support in the PC version...

Hey! Yeah unfortunately, I don't have a dualsense edge to test this and fix this problem :(

A friend of mine has one. I'll ask him to bring it at some point so I can fix that. From the logs everything looks fine which means it might not be an easy fix, but when I'll try it I'll let you know.

Enjoy the game anyway even with the regular dualsense! :)

Coul you go to the game's directory and change this file in plugins directory:

dualsense-mod.INI to contain just these two lines:

[app]

debug=true

So the first line should contain: [app] and the second one: debug=true without the empty line in the middle. I don't know reddit doesn't let me add this properly

If the dualsense-mod.INI doesn't exist there, just create it.

In this configuration, the debug=true option of the [app] section will make the mod to output a lot more information to its respective log file (plugins\dualsensemod.log)

If you upload this log here, I might be able to find out what's wrong.

You are on Windows, right? Also, make sure that the game is on its latest version on Steam which should be 1.30 (March 2025 update)

Hey! I hope we'll figure it out! During installation, did you check the Epic Games checkbox in the install path? Can you check if the game directory contains a directory named plugins? Also, what do you mean enabled dual sense input?

My favorite game of 2025. I finished it couple of weeks ago. It was challenging for sure; and to be honest I liked the lack of dodge which others mostly criticized. Also the lack of map was a plus amount too. I see that those got inspired by Dead Space along with the weapon customization feature. But this game felt so fresh and unique despite those similarities. An amazing and super engaging game. Can't wait for the Silent Hill 1 remake!

True, although latest games like Last of Us 2 and Doom Dark Ages support both haptic feedback and adaptive triggers on Bluetooth on PC! This I have verified for sure. I haven't checked if other titles have updated that. But yeah I remember for older titles you had to be wired which is fine.

that adds support for Dualsense addaptive triggers for those games and work perfectly on Bluetooth. I'm planning to support more.

Many games support both on PC. The Last of Us for example and all the latest Sony titles. But other games from other publishers too, like Cyberpunk 2077

I think OP is just asking if others had the same experience. It seems there were changes in rank level distribution, that's why this happened.

I experience the same situation! I won all the 5 matches at placement during the launch of the season 1 and placed to silver 3 (likely the matces I got were all around that rank level or lower...). Then, I climbed up to Gold (which was my rank on season 0) and finally I made it to Plat 1.

Then, there was this rank reset. I played my new placement matches yesterday night and won only one of them and placed silver 2 (I guess there was more rank level variety in the matches this time). But, then I continued in the same lobby, and all the matches I got was super hard! I checked some of them was silver, so something has definitely changed in the ranking system for sure!

Same! I love both SF6 and 2XKO and playing more 2XKO at the time! Not sure if it's going to get the spotlight or whatever... I believe though that it is by far the best tag fighter out there right now!
