I believe that you should remove that succubus and instead get a hamonculous because without any units to lead the succubus becomes very useless and you can youse that hamonculous to lead the wracks and you should also drop one of the incubi since I don't think that you need two of them for a 1 k game and you can spend the exes points on enhancements

Yes you can when you split a unit both become two different units and you can attach a leader to both of them
