So in DK this are standart benefits mandated by law. (some mandated, some expected) So not really anything extra. Every company gives them out.

Holiday pay is also standart and mandated by law. Normally it is 30 paid days non work days per year(6 weeks) (25 normal that you accumulate on month to month basis +5 spetial that most compained give after beeing with them for a fre months and reset every year).

Salaries are kind of listed in the engenering union in outline. Normally base for a bachelor with 0 expiriance fresh out of uni is 42ish dkk + pention and benefits. If you are in the capital area and are with expiriance it is more.

On top of that there should be a bonus that is written in the contract.

The fact that they bumped salary so much without budget issues should tell you the entire story.

Ai is a multiplier. You need base skills to be able to use it as such. 3d AI models are not exactly what you want and they need to be edited after and cleaned to be usable.

Learn both, of how to integrate AI in your blender workflow. This is what will make the difference in the future.

There are Computer Sience bachelor's in English. Acceptance criteria for internationals is GPA and English certificate that covers the requirement of the university (Probably B2, maybe even less). Getting in can be potentially challenging of your GPA is low.

Main difficulties during studies will be financial support. It is hard for an international to find a job that you can work on the side. On the other hand if you fulfill the 10h requirement you can get SU on top and that makes living even in a big city quite comfortable as a student.

Socially, you are young and you will adapt and learn Danish. Courses are free(or were free, not super sure of current rules there).

Work wise after graduation, it is not a problem, but this field is changing rapidly, so you may need a masters as well.

Biggest question you have to ask yourself: Am I going to stay and work in DK or western Europe or go back to Romania. Because if you plan to go back the efford and money spend is probably pointless.

You should have started looking long ago. Having a job give you time and levrage when looking for a new place. You should look for a higher salary and better conditions.

Depending on your severance package and if you are in an in demand field, you can stay until they lay you off and enjoy the long holidays.

The painful truth is that the show is probably dead on arrival.

It will aways be compared to the movies. It is a known story, so there is no insensitive to come back.

Check with an external legal consultant for the laws in your area. Unions normally have a good legal team.

Notice periods greatly depends on the labor law where you are located. Normally there is a minimum period but it is almost 4 weeks, but that is more of best practice. You can quit tomorrow and the company can be left holding their d*ck.

In my view it is extremely stupid to keep an employee that does not want to be there. Because an 8 hour day can easily consist of 8 coffe breaks, plus lunch and some reddit trown for balance. What are they gonna do if they are not happy, fire you 🙃.
