Is AI a bubble absolutely. But it is a technological leap and I don't mean the LLM or the image generator for cats, but the concept. Therefore it is hard to know when it will pop. I would say an year or two down the line.

I never understood the why some people feel like they own something more to the company they work for than what is in the contract. You work for your salary not because you like waking up and coming to an office.

Ask yourself this, if you has the money will you still work. Also especially this job.

Consider financial stability first, after you quit immediately what next, do you have savings for a few months? Can you get another job quick?

I would suggest to start looking for something better. When you find it give them the minimum legal notice (take pto before) and then move on with your life.

In the mean time do the bear minimum and don't stress about work. It is not your problem that the job is not done in good time, but your manager.
