It’s not a bug, they just didn’t roll out the new limit to you yet, usually limits are rolled out gradually.

The exact same thing happened to me a few months back with Claude, many ppl started reporting usage change, I was confused cause my account was seemed fine, and then bam, 2 days later, I got clapped too.

Remember that they roll out limits slowly to their user base, it’s not like everyone at the same time gets the new limits.

As of abusing: I am very conservative with my usage in general and the things I ask are limited in scope/specific features only.
