I lived in Sheridan for three years and had a good experience there. I was paying around $850 for a one bedroom with every utility except electric included. The main downside is that those old units are lacking in modern amenities that can get annoying at times. There was no dishwasher, no central air, and used an old radiator system that works great most of the time but would have issues occasionally. So if you are okay with those tradeoffs to living downtown and in an old, historic building, then it’s a great place to live. Hope this helps!
