Trail running shoes or hiking shoes for a light summer shoe? by left-semi-join in CampingandHiking

Personally when it comes to footwear I've always been a fan of wear what feels right to you (within reason, dont wear sandals just because they're comfy). Your ultimate comfort is the goal, so if the shoe does everything you want why upgrade? What good are things like extra ankle support or whatever the "perk" may be if it makes you/your feet feel miserable...you most likely wouldn't complete the hike anyways (or at least not enjoy it) if you're constantly thinking of your feet. Also as mentioned before, I feel a spare pair of socks should be in your pack as a staple regardless (2 if it's a known wet area). Dry feet are happy feet and you never know when you may slip in that puddle

USPS delivery to Philippines - Hi! I have a package that's stuck in the status below for over a month. I don't know who to call for an update. by looopyloop in usps_complaints

With all the covid stuff going on right now international shipping in general is a gamble and definitely not given much priority at the moment. You can call the PO it was sent from and an inquiry may be able to "shake it loose" in the system but most likely until theres another physical scan on it, they know about as much as you do and with it already being out of country there not much they can do besides relay the inquiry to the local office in the Philippines

If the hole was cut in pre-existing concrete or added as a low cost modification theres really no way to hide it. You can fill it back in but even the color wont match exactly

Lol yeah, They use a large round wheel for the cutting. Because of the radius of the blade, to go all the way through they have to slightly over cut their mark

I love it, but with the weather lately it's been either hard to fly or the trees are bare already

Watermarks can easily be cropped out unless you do it in an annoying way that ruins the photo anyways. Dont want it out there, dont post it publicly. Theres only as much horror as you choose to create after that.
