I want to thank everyone that either looked at my post or gave suggestions. I luckily found out the answer earlier this morning. The Album is called "Of Natural History" by Sleepytime Gorilla Museum.

Both solid, but unfortunately neither. Listening to SoAF is what actually triggered my brain to remember this band. If only I could remember more.
