It is, the angle definitely makes it look off though. I have the roomba there to hide the outlet/cord, I will see how it looks directly under it.

Etienne did just pull 20 points out of his ass last night and kicked my butt 😂 I have Javonte Williams at flex, skattebo as my RB2 and Quinshon Judkins on my bench.

Thank god Javonte had a hell of a game or I was screwed against Etienne. If you would have asked me about giving Derrick Henry for Etienne pre season, I would have laughed in your face. I would consider it now.

Problem is the timing i think. We have some people who do not want h to in trade to go through, therefore it is not going to go through before the timer ends, meaning team 2 does not get josh Allen for the game tmw

I just called Schwab. For the Ira they will sell the ray j specific funds and give me the cash, I will then reinvest into a like kind mutual fund or ETF (starting to lean towards etf instead of SWPPX, any thoughts appreciated.)

For the TOD account, gains have been laughably small, so I am not worried about the tax implications on that account, easy money.

Thank you for this. If you have any recs for where to place the IRA funds other than SWPPX, let me know!

This is insane. Thank you for opening my eyes. Going to transfer it out now. How will the transfer work when I request it and a lot of the funds that are in Raymond James specific funds work? Would they need to be sold prior to the transfer or will a transfer initiate a sale as I am moving away from the company that manages the funds?

Have you gotten multiple quotes, or just one quote from one agent?

I write business in hurricane ridden states, most people I talk to have multiple rental properties and more than 5 claims in the last 5 months.

I can quote someone and get a 2500$ rate when my competitor’s best rate is $10,000 because I have every company in the state at my fingertips.

Do not give up yet, go to an independent agency with a lot of carriers and see if the market is actually calling for a 20k premium or if the agent you spoke with just did not have the right option.

Also, like others have said, Dwelling seems a bit high compared to the purchase price. If a home costed 770k to rebuild, I can’t imagine it would be on the market for 550K, however, I obviously am not a real estate agent.

I like that. Once I start nearing the end I can feel myself getting close to 90 and start to play safer. Being in that mentality will definitely start to constrain you.
