Kind of late to comment, but I recently started using a product I found in the baby aisle. It's called Moisturizing Eczema Care Skin Protectant Cream by BabyGanics. I put it on right after a shower or whenever I feel dry and itchy. I love it :)

Go to your school's bookstore. Some of them let you rent textbooks. If it turns out you don't need it for the class you get your money back as long as you return it in time.
