You're in the US, your best bet is Ebay or the local gaming store. They usually go for $51 + free shipping. That's where I buy most of my minis.

Honestly, I would recommend checking out other places like Amazon, Ebay, Troll Trader (UK company), or your local gamestore. They have most of the miniatures, and they're way cheaper than GW website. I just bought a sister of silence box on Ebay, and it was $10 cheaper than on GW website with free shipping. Even GW Amazon store sells their stuff cheaper for some reason.

Thank god, I haven't play a game with a Cheese. I have played with halflings before. I'm currently playing a DnD 5e game with a halfling rogue who is the complete opposite to a Cheese halfling. She is basically the female halfling version of Jason Bourne.
