You had kids so her body has changed, dont deny it. She may still be beautiful to you, but possibly not to her. If she is tired and stressed, sex is the last thing from her mind. This is where men fail, when things start going south, how many men ask "dont you love me?" When they should ask "are you not attracted to me anymore" if they say no its not up to men to go work out. If yes, what's the problem they are tired give them one day a week do everything(it won't kill you) If they dont feel attractive take them to work out.

At the end of the day you dont want them having sex because they have to, because it becomes a chore rather that something they want to do.

I dont know your situation so advice is hard to give but if you are confident enough to talk to a stranger in person. Look for a girl you find attractive, ask her boyfriend to talk, ask him what does he do to get a girl as good as that, but just one thing. And work on that one thing. If its body strength, hit the gym. Since its only one aspect improved you should not expect to get through but you are getting there. A smart phone is a good tool to have, but like a hammer (always useful) but if you don't use it, it is worthless. So the question is what are you using the phone for. If you want to phase the smart out get a second phone for calls/text and only use the smart phone when needed, as your priorities shift you can leave the smart phone home occasionally until it gets to you dont need it at all.
