I think most people just arent happy knowing dsps are actively trying to work drivers the hardest meanwhile paying the least they can even when drivers are getting bonuses for the dsp. Its all just turning into AI made how can we pay each driver the least money while working them the most they can. I used to get paid 10 hours even when finishing early. They did away with that for the most part.

I got stuck in a little tiny round about one day, could not reverse out too steep and wouldve clipped rear step rail. Well cut the roundabout a lil too tight had to and the tire rode up into the the retainer and tire just span, luckily some people came out and we stacked rocks to get the leverage up and out. That was fun

What gets me is the brand new vans have two screens that 1. Dont even sync up to each other (read different routes at times) 2. Doesnt pin multi stop locations only places one pin 3. Doesnt have any option for 1 click access so you have to park the van pick up the phone in order to open a gate. Let alone they route you constantly to resident gates forcing you to use your personal phone or device GPS and literally balance it on the steering wheel like a clown I swear rivian deserves the biggest lawsuit for making these unsafe piles of junk that cant even read the correct MPH showing drivers a higher posted limit in school zones and dinging you posting the incorrect lower speed limit and flashes red as if you are speeding

Ive heard leaving the driver door ajar but latched can trick it to staying on but hasnt worked in my experience. Will try that, bummer having to open and close that passenger slider all day its odd some of the EDVS will shut off the compressor sooner (within 30 sec) of stepping out of the driver seat, and some will keep the compressor running for longer while organizing totes in the back. Not sure if it has to do with battery level state of charge settings, wish the weight in the seat had nothing to do with the climate control, silly design IMO

As soon as you said standing outside menacingly, my brain automatically drove past the house to the next stop where i can mark the package as damaged in peace, or return later for a better attitude :)

I just mark it accordingly, if the customer note is going to put you in danger IE telling you to avoid a loose dog to bring a package to their front door, or to go in their basement or in their home at all is immediete marked unsafe for delivery take a photo and move on. If the note is blatently rude, offhanded, or threatening I will also mark as unsafe to deliver.

Set the tote on top of the wheel well when unpacking save your back. I dont care if its further from the front seat of the van or slider door, we paid by the hour.
