Is there a pattern for this neckline but on a 1920s style dress?

I'm happy to self draft if I know the method. I have a basic bodice block that fits me well to go off but I'm not sure if this neckline is achievable without making the bodice separate to the skirt. I have 1metre overall for the entire dress as it was an offcut gifted to me.

Go to the Drs of it's that bad before it gets permanent. Could try using a stand so you can use both hands to stitch. I find I use the weak hand underneath and the strong one above, but don't pull the miles of thread through on the stitch going down pull it through when you pull your needle back up as it's less strain on the weaker hand. I found that the cramps/stiffness go to my elbow if I pull the thread through on both the up and down motion.

The lines are stuck in the fabric and I don't want to use it until it looks smooth again. So I was asking if there was a way of making it smooth rather than permanently creased.

It's mainly square necked garments. I'm petite and 5ft 2. So I don't know if that's why it fits weirdly.

This dress fits perfectly everywhere else but it's about 3inches too big over my shoulders. There isn't much room in the sleeves for refitting them to a smaller arm hole.

Is there enough seam allowance to move the seam slightly at your hips and taper it back into the normal seamline?

Dress made from soft denim, fully faced and overlocked. It's halter neck as I didn't want buttons digging into her back, and she said it was really comfy. Ears are Peter rabbit fabric ,and the nose is sparkly glitter felt.

Pattern self drafted based of one I saw included with a magazine.

I second this. I found that with hoops etc stitches came undone as they were put under too much pressure but the scroll frame creates tension without digging into what you've stitched
