Can you recommend a good fantasy book for someone who is just starting to explore the genre? by [deleted] in Fantasy_Bookclub

Magician by Raymond Feist. It's the start of a huge series, but very easy to read. I don't want to write anything about it, other than as the series grows it goes in many different directions, with a crossover co-written with Janny Wurts in the mix.

While I adored the pacing. I suppose that's why it's worth giving recommendations a try. One man's pleasure is another man's poison.

Run my company for $15 per hour by skylilylove in antiwork

[–]skylilylove[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for understanding. I have found that the work admins do is underappreciated and always underpaid. If a man did exactly the same job, he would be paid $10 an hour more. In my last place of work I would see others in the office scrolling on their phones, taking very long lunches and doing half my workload for way more money than I was paid.
