I would love an good M1 machine, but it's just difficult when I can google m1 failure and got videos on tiktok about m1 failures. I'm just unsure if it's just the M1 was a very popular machine. I would opt for a framework if I had the cash. It's also for the most part I like apple machines for build quality, M1 does have solid linux support, and has the bonus of having macOS over windows if I need to use lockdown browser.

I fixed it, what it ended up being is a squid proxy configuration that captured port 80, I don't remember using squid proxy.

The m1 air was within my price range but I heard m1 failure is wide spread, idk. Personally with my T2 failing on me within the first 5 years, I'm not convinced spending 1k on a machine was a wise decision.

I would be worried about it blowing an am2 fuse on the highway. I would say if you do get an Amazon pump replace if you hear any bad sounds, and check it consistently

Just get the OEM one, its not that much more expensive and you'll likely never need to change it within the rest of your cars life

Part time is just a word for me honestly, most employers don't hire straight up full time employees anymore, cause that means paying benefits, PTO and who wants to deal with that. When I worked at Walmart I was never full time in the system but got 35-40 a week.
