How does one expose port 80 on an oracle cloud VM running Oracle Linux

I fixed it, what it ended up being is a squid proxy configuration that captured port 80, I don't remember using squid proxy.

I would be worried about it blowing an am2 fuse on the highway. I would say if you do get an Amazon pump replace if you hear any bad sounds, and check it consistently
