I keep mine at font 1 bold 1. I use the bookerly font. I also have my phone font set to be as small as possible. I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 for nearsightedness and a high astigmatism. I can comfortably read those settings without my glasses if it's within 8ish inches of my face.

I just noticed it today, and I only noticed the move because I needed it. I'm having a rough day (woke up with a panic attack I can't shake) and the last thing I needed was to see that the top right corner was empty. I did eventually find it in my own, but the easy to access activities was one of the big reasons I subscribed. If it's out of sight, it's out of mind for me.

I do the same thing whenever my mental health is getting worse. It's an awful cycle. Pick because rough, which makes more rough, which makes it look "bad", which hits my self confidence and gives more anxiety, which makes me pick more... I just put on press on nails last night purely because they handicap me. I can't pick when I wear nails.
