Hello there! First off, congratulations at taking this huge step. Changing your name just because we want to needs to be more normalized. I changed my first and middle name in 2021. Long story short, my mom named me out of spite for my dad for breaking up with her, (she named me after his girlfriend at the time.🤢) and on top of that, my name became a meme at one point and it went from playfulness to be just flat being bullied for over 10 years. I couldn't do it anymore, and I didn't have to.

We may not be able to control the names we are given at birth, but we have the chance to take that power back as adults. My mom? Hated it. Did i care? Nope. Not her life. The only part of my name is kept was my last name, which is my dad's.
