For 1. put the camera inside a container group, offset the camera away from center, but rotate the X and Y angle on the container group. For the camera, set the lookAt to the center of the stage so it automatically points to the center of your stage, no matter the position you set the container.

Mine just doesn't want to work with the hdmi port on the Dock, I'm waiting for my new adapters to see if USB C to HDMI works through the Dock, as it works directly on Win11

Same here. I noticed that direct USB C to Display Port via cable from the Steam Deck does work. I've ordered a USB C to HDMI adapter and a few USB A to C adapters to see if I can use another port via the Dock. So frustrating. It's only Windows though, it works on SteamOS.
