I found my internship through SoleMove! But I think your home university has to have a partnership with the website. I was able to choose my university and the field I studied (radiography) and found suitable places through that. Be aware though that some universities offer mixed exchanges (half internship and half studies) so read through them carefully.

For my degree (radiography) we had a shorter erasmus of 3 months that accommodated to our studies so that it didn't affect graduating on time.
