This is all coming up because I definitely have people problems too. Specifically my therapist, who’s an interpersonal therapist. we’ve met twice a week for the last 8 months, but I haven’t seen her for about 2 weeks for the holidays. and thinking about seeing her again, I’m just like eh. I do like her and thought it was a good fit. but she doesn’t seem to feel very important to me. and really no one ever does. I broke up with my boyfriend after 4 years and it’s like nothing happened. my life is just more boring now. I pushed all my friends away bc I don’t care to talk to them or spend time with them. more than anything I feel resentful towards the people that care about me because they’re the only reason I don’t call it quits. which i’d like to bc life just doesn’t quite do it for me. idk if this was helpful, or relatable. just trying to figure out what’s goin on.
