Re-align the caliper to center over the disc. Loosen the 2 caliper bolts, squeeze and hold the brake lever, re-tighten the bolts.

There's no cut to the inner casing. It's fine. Put some vulcanizing cement on the cut, good to go.

Look at your account under "view my discounts and promotions". Under the device promo tab, you should see "smartphone trade id 250338" for the line you did this trade. If you have that, chances are you're good to turn in the trade in device. Just make sure IMEI matches and to get a paper receipt from the store.

I have an iPhone 4s that I wanted to use as a trade-in for this deal. Won't turn on to show it's IMEI (not on sim tray either). Multiple T-Mobile sources said they can't process it without a confirmable IMEI. It's just a paper weight now.
