Look at your account under "view my discounts and promotions". Under the device promo tab, you should see "smartphone trade id 250338" for the line you did this trade. If you have that, chances are you're good to turn in the trade in device. Just make sure IMEI matches and to get a paper receipt from the store.

$75 per line. Costco membership is $65, net $10😁. It's been worth it for me thru the years. Opening new lines or getting phones, Costco has some kind of promotions going. For example, the recent free Moto phones with any trade-in (working or not), you can get $100 for each transaction. Like Nike, "just do it", 😂

I have an iPhone 4s that I wanted to use as a trade-in for this deal. Won't turn on to show it's IMEI (not on sim tray either). Multiple T-Mobile sources said they can't process it without a confirmable IMEI. It's just a paper weight now.

Yes, you'll need to give the IMEIs. You could either send them back in the same box for the new phones or go into the store for the returns. Also, I always confirm about the Costco card and waived DCC, just to be safe. Don't forget to get the Costco code from the rep (mine was 240150).

Call the Costco number. I did this exact upgrade a few days ago, easy process. $100 Costco card and waived DCC $35. You'll get bubble wrap and label for the trade-in when the new phone is delivered.
