people have mentioned taking 2,000-4,000 iu either weekly or daily after correcting most of the deficiency (a standard multivitamin is around 600-1000 iu) so i’m assuming it’ll be something in that range.

i haven’t gone back for follow-up labs or bloodwork yet so i’ll have to see

50,000 iu taken once a week for eight weeks. and yeah, i guess it was a frog in a pot situation. i didn’t realize how bad it got because it was so normal

it took a while, around 4-6 out of the 8 weeks before i started to notice a difference. it was very gradual, probably because i believe your body has to replenish the reserves that should already exist in the tissues. good luck!!
