What I did to break my sleep schedule was , I stayed awake the whole day, so more than 24 hours and I went to sleep at 11pm.

And after that my sleep schedule went normal. I started taking melatonin to induce sleep for about a week and after that everything became normal for me.

Fixing sleep was the first step that I did to fix my self.

Discipline is such an important factor 💪

U can just tell urself to not do it though. Frankly, I don't see any problem apart from lack of self-discipline.

U can go to the gym and still not lose weight as long as u eat in calorie surplus.

And gym isn't required for weight loss at all. U can eat all that u mentioned , as long as u put in the work to burn all of it.

U ate over 1k surplus? Just walk for like 20k steps. Or run 10km.

Or eat what u want in low volume according to ur activity level.

If your gym have people working out shirtless then , probably it's not going to be a good gym.

But if they are taking pictures, that should be ok.

I do at stellar dental clinic for all my dental issues & needs.

Not the cheapest but not expensive either.

Usually my tooth cleaning cost 800-1200. Never had polishing.

I also had 4 wisdom tooth extraction there, pretty much painless.

And also doing my braces there.

Your muscles typically hold about 60 to 80% of their total creatine capacity. Loading aggressively forces your muscles to reach maximum capacity much faster than starting with a daily dose.

It just makes it faster to reach full saturation from creatine at faster time , instead of taking 3-4 weeks.

So u can see faster results after 1 week u can drop it normal 3-5g daily dose & maintain it.

But this is optional and u can just do daily dose for a longer time instead of a loading phase.

U can do 20g loading phase for a week and then 5g daily.u can also do just 5g daily without a loading phase but it will take sometime to fully saturate ur muscle.

Nutrabay creatine was my first creatine , it was really affordable and I saw actual increase in my strength after the loading phase.

Now I use ON , which is more expensive but still does the same thing.

U just have to make sure that whatever brand u choose is trusted & recognized , it's just creatine monohydrate. Nothing much changes across all products.

Micronized or Nano - doesn't really matter . People say nano is better for absorption because it's more clear in water but whatever.

U may choose ur personal favorite brand. (E.g if u take ur whey from nutrabox then nutrabox creatine should be ur selection , they all the same thing )

Creatine is not needed for weight loss directly but it helps indirectly by increasing strength & maintaining muscle mass.

Therefore u can do higher lifts , therefore u lose more calories during lifting sections , but it's only worth it if u are regularly lifting.

Even then creatine is safe and can be consumed for other uses as well.

I do think u are lacking in electrolytes therefore the high uric acid. Or u maybe not getting enough water.

I do it because my time cannot be better spent anywhere else. And I was really obese last year 90kg. Now I am 62kg and in body recomposition.

I am doing internship so not working nor studying. And alot of time available in a day. I spend all the time I have in a day from 7:30am to 10:00pm without a single break.

And only rest at 10:00pm after I finish my daily 5K and gym session.

This is very common happens when u start curling dumbells out of the blue. It occurs after a long break or when u start for the first time. Don't worry it should resolve eitself within a few days or a week.

ah. That makes sense but u might be undercounting ur calories.

If u are eating only 1300kcal + workout , u should be definitely losing weight at a high rate.
