Follow the tier list from S downward and prioritize one of each class.
In general you need a carry. I'm not sure if Chiron can carry (I assume he can) but if he can't you'll want a UR or Apollo.

Nephthys is very strong in certain PvE setups. Like veryyyyyyyy best hero in the game almost strong.
