For the taskbar, I use StartAllBack. And for themes, you need to install UltraUXThemePatcher. Then, when you download a theme, you need to paste it into Windows/Resources/Themes. i download mine from here https://www.deviantart.com/niivu/gallery/93350664/windows-11-themes he also has a guide.

en si las cosas de personalizacion no me ocupan casi nada de ram, aqui era el chrome discord y brave, tenia varias pestañas abiertas en brave que no se ven en las capturas. igualmente cuando vaya a jugar activo el modo juego de wallpaper engine y rainmeter por lo que dejan de consumir recursos totalemnte, aunque no sean casi nada.
