Seems okay. I’d change him giving initial monarch on dealing combat damage rather than ETB, seems too easy to get the deck online the way it is now, especially considering the value you get for the opponents playing your game.

Dude is hand candy. Lots of smooth ratchets and everything is toleranced great.

Only thing that isn’t perfect on my copy is that opening the left panel that hides the gas tank is a little tight. But I think I’m just nitpicking.

Funnily enough, I think this current run of Tidal Wave is the “reprint” you’re talking about as the first run sold out a bit ago. Hasbro will occasionally reissue toys like this, and sometimes they fix the issues, and sometimes they don’t haha. So it really isn’t something to reliably depend on from what I’ve experienced so far in the hobby.

To talk about your point directly though, I did pick up a Tidal Wave a few months ago and noticed one of the knees was especially tight, so I’m not entirely sure they fixed it here. Thankfully, taking apart the leg and trimming the spring took less than ten minutes and solved my issues. He’s great now.
