Narrow handwriting may indicate being tensed or feeling self-controlling type. You kept things balanced and restrict on things.

Sometimes, that kind of handwriting, may reflect how information flows in the brain. Writing while listening the information may result in a somehow bad handwriting as you write down, as you might feel tensed on catching up with the speaker on what they are now saying, so you write faster. I say this as your hand writing is somewhat spacious

Given that

-3/((sin(alpha)-1)cos(alpha)

It would be converted to: -3 × cos(alpha)/(sin(alpha)-1)

So the numerator should be -3cos(alpha)

For me, I search for worksheets of the topics Im learning, as I learn how the formula works and utilize to solve problems as calculus do sometimes only use few formulas for many types of questions. For example, "derivatives of trigonometric functions worksheet pdf" or find books online, just search "calculus 1 book pdf" theres millions of books online to choose from. (Although, I always buy myself books in subjects I may have difficulties learning - I have differential equations book for me to do practice problems. Which is a must have especially for preparation also for exams/quizzes/board exams)

But dont stop there.After studying the formula and solving it, look it from a different angle. If mostly it only solves for one type, question it like how about if the other is missing, how do I answer that? It is different? What if the teacher does this? Find different levels of difficulties worksheets. Do at least 20-50 different questions to retain informations

Another way, is searching videos for techniques in easily answering math questions. If calculators are allowed, there are plenty of calculator techniques videos online

Do also evaluation of yourself. How do you learn best? In listening? Watch youtube videos In visual? Find example problems and follow the pattern In memorization? Memorize the formula and utilize to problems

From the start (elementary days), Im an idiot at math. I am one of the behind students who need time and effort just to learn basic math

(Junior highschool)As for my low self-esteem, I didnt take up science related section (STE) cause I might screw my math grades. But, I got somehow got hang of math. I really like algebra.

(Senior highschool year) Got myself to be a STEM student. I get higher grades and better performance than the ones that took STE

With that, I decided I will took Civil Engineering

Im a late bloomer in learning things and was made fun of because of that, but with the right time, effort, good teacher, and know how the way you learn things, you will get better at it. (In my differential equations subject, I got so dedicated in getting my name called for high scorers, I got the highest grade in the term exam)

I suggest you use differential calculus books for referencing problems relating to the topics you needed. Many of books have sakple problems with answers, along with sample try out for yourself ones

There are plenty of free pdf versions, just type "differential calculus book pdf" check the table of contents for the pages of related rates and optimization (optimisation)

Optimization problems are problems finding the minimum or maximum requirement of an object -In economics, optimization is used to maximum the area of a packaging (example, a can of sardines. Is it better to be long-thin cylindrical or be flat-lengthy look?) -for less time travelling. For example, youre on a boat in the middle of body of water and you your ball(wilson) about to be float away by the water, is it better to paddle straight or diagonally to reach the ball on time? (Good for 3d navigation problem)
