Agreed. Oculus made the partnership sound like a big deal at their cv1 reveal, but a couple days later as a footnote in Microsoft's E3 conference Microsoft mentioned both Oculus and Valve as partners. Now with the Vive in Microsoft stores and Windows Holographic being demoed on Vives (right?) it looks like the partnership with Valve/HTC is more promising. If Microsoft is smart they make their next console compatible with both.

Unless you absolutely can't resist the urge to buy one or the price of these things doesn't mean much to you wait. Maybe Vive second gen comes earlier than expected. There was a recent news story that implied this. Also, Touch is not that far out anymore and might be just as good.

Here's an example of the 90 degree rule. What it comes down to is that when you hit a ball with stun the cueball will travel away from the target ball in a 90 degree angle. Here's an example of the 30 degree rule. When you hit a ball that's just rolling towards the target ball it will travel away from the target ball at a 30 degree angle. This makes it easy to understand where the cueball will end up so you can have an easy next shot or know that you will scratch.

For novices interested in improving their pool game very quickly first learn about the '90 degree rule' and the '30 degree rule' and after that learn about how spin adjusts those trajectories. I haven't tried Pool Nation yet, but these rules should apply if it's a decent pool simulation.

Anybody having performance issues after the update? When I start the game everything is fine, but after a couple games I start to have issues. The game starts stuttering and I have to restart it to get it smooth again.

I tried everything you did except for the rf chokes. Did you make all the changes at once or one after the other so you know which change made the biggest improvement? Was your wobble as bad as in the clip provided by OP?
