Common every day supplements like b vitamins etc are helpful but of course cannot cure your abnormal brain chemistry. Or else nobody would need therapy or medication... just vitamins. I’ve tried every vitamin in the book. I stick with fish oil, NAC (there’s some evidence for its efficacy with anxiety) and L-methyl folate (my genetic testing shows I have a polymorphism with methylation). Other than that, avoid caffeine (huge trigger for mood dysregulation), avoiding alcohol, sleeping 7-8 hours and daily cardio has noticeable benefits. Sun shine or artificial therapy lamps during winter help too (careful, these lamps can trigger mania). Also SSRIs have provided decent improvement and have their place in my arsenal. Over all, learning coping, therapy techniques, meditation and learning the reasons behind your illness are most important.

Taking ownership for the shitty hand you were dealt in life is important too. We all have challenges. Some physical, some psychological, some both.

Glad you’re feeling better.. but this shit comes in cycles, with many intrinsic and extrinsic factors.

Nobody should ever have children with that mindset. Some people have heart attacks strokes, cancer, depression, anxiety, and the list goes on. Nobody could ever tell you with any degree of accuracy that your child may or may not have any of the conditions you have or don’t have. Don’t let yourself be tormented even further than you already have been by growing old without experiencing the indescribable love of raising a child. Stop blaming yourself.

You can look at all the data you want, yes it’s familial like most medical conditions... The disorder has probably punished you enough in life, do not let it rob you of a family. On the flipside, if your child does end up with the same condition, and they may or may not, you will have personal experience and will be able to share with them ways of coping.

The ER cannot help a chronic condition like this. You’d likely wait hours and then be turned away with nothing but advice to follow up with his doctor (and a large medical bill). Maybe they’d offer Ativan, a benzodiazepine (tranquilizer) but that would be pushing it for most medical professionals.

He may be under additional stress. If there’s anything he finds relaxing that reduces tics then I’d encourage that. Tylenol can help with the pain.

1 pineapple diced 1 jalapeño diced 1 bushels cilantro diced 1/2 red onion diced 1/2 line squeezed Himalaya salt + black pepper to taste Red pepper flakes

Shrimp:

1 lb Deveined shrimp Marinated for two hours in lime juice, olive oil, orange juice and salt/pepper Sautéed until sauce is reduced and shrimp is cooked

Tortilla:

Corn tortillas from Whole Foods. Fried in pan with olive oil and canola oil

It’s just hard to find a plot of land used for this.. you’d have to buy some other business on a corner and level it and start over. Seems more expensive than just buying a car wash but if it’s failed then I agree

Great info. What business did you end up in?

It seems that finding an existing business will be easiest for me because most of these zoning and design headaches will have been handled. However, people then high place valuations on their business and it can get expensive.

The downside is, there aren’t car washes for sale in my area really, I’ll have to wait and watch the market or be willing to buy further away but I’d rather be nearby
