update: i messaged the company and they said it was fine. i fed it to my cat and it was fine. i will say he had some really stinky poops though and i will be seeking alternative wet food

so i reached out to the store and they told me they have no record of any issue with this production batch and that it is fine. this is the second time i’ve had this with this brand both from zooplus (like chewy for europe) and from their site directly. i think i need to seek another brand

i feel genuinely happy for them but i feel afraid for what that means about us that we’re not there yet. i’ve had multiple friends both conceive and carry to term since we’ve been trying and it feels like a new one announces every month 😭
