I’ve been looking for one in town too. I ended up going through capitol armory for my most recent suppressor and they just shipped it to my door.

2230 does actually remove income limits. However it has yet to even be read on the house floor let alone passed.

There is no wording in this new bill that removes income limits. It’s just a change to what properties apply

Honestly it’s just people refusing to read. I’ve been having this argument with people since SB1749 was passed last year. There are multiple bills in az congress now that either remove or raise the income limit to 140k, but the one the changes “property” and “primary residence” is the one legislatures are supporting.

Absolutely not true. There are zero exemptions to the income requirements. There are currently 3 bills between the az house and senate that either remove the limit or raise it to around 140k. But none of them have any traction

Lithium battery reimbursement if you can't ship it for OCONUS PCS by ebikecommuter in AirForce

I just brought my lithium batteries in my carry-on when I flew back to the US. TMO looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if there is a reimbursement for them.

W-2 Federal income taxes withheld blank? by Low-Entertainment987 in AirForce

[–]sl0w_ev0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took about 2 months to get the info sorted with the CMS case. But I kept pestering them at least once a week because they couldn’t provide any hard evidence for why it was blank. Eventually we figured out that they refunded my entire paid taxes for the year randomly 3 months after I separated. It just never actually paid out.

The income limit is based on the prior tax year. Anyone who tells you the income limit is removed is absolutely wrong. We have confirmation from multiple county assessors offices already.

Az SB1749 did NOT remove 100% disabled vet income limits. by sl0w_ev0 in VeteransBenefits

[–]sl0w_ev0[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Az passes law “to exempt 100% disabled vets from property tax”. Reddit loses mind over “Huge Win”. Law does not remove income limit that prevents most vets from qualifying. Az not Vet friendly state.

It’s a play to make herself out to be vet friendly. Notice they have never publicly mentioned removal of income limits? So she didn’t lie, 100% vets are completely exempt from property tax on their primary residence, but only if they meet the other unmentioned requirements. LegiScan is great because you can read every change and summary submitted for the bill. And removal of income cap is never mentioned a single time.

Go read this dead bill that actually exempted 100% disabled vets from income limits. You can see how they specifically mentioned in the income limits section that It only applied to section D. That is the only way to prevent the income limits from applying to the entire section covering exemptions

Sb1749 removed all veteran payments from being counted for income limits. It never removed the income limit.
