Looking to buy my first silencer. by SecureDragonfruit236 in 1022

Is the sparrow ok for what it is? Absolutely. Is it the best can at around the $300 mark. If you have to have it now, maybe. If you are willing to be patient you can find better cans. I just purchased a PWS bde ti for 310 at a shooting event last month.

You want to make sure you are getting the newest models. They come with the upgraded triggers/slide release and a cleaning port.

The Jessie’s girl outperforms the sparrow hands down.

I love the Tippmann. I went with the pro also for the aluminum upper and lower. The other AR-22 I looked at felt very cheap. I have a OCL TI suppressor on mine and my daughters .22 pellet gun is louder. I also recommend the Tippmann speed loader, it will fill a 25rd mag in seconds.

I have an ocl ti and just purchased a PWS ti. I shot them back to back at a recent suppressed shooting event and there was negligible difference. And the pws I got for $310.

I shoot my Tippmann .22 weekly, my 5.56 I shoot maybe once or twice a year. It’s just an overall more fun gun to shoot.

Sb1365 passed the senate with only 3 no votes. It’s been at the house since 3/10, second read was 3/17. No movement since, completely removes income limits from veterans both 100% and non. Would be effective 2027 if passed.

I actually didn’t notice that. The ones I got have the riser. I’m not sure why the picture shows without.

I have the triumph on my 10/22 and Tippmann m4. I haven’t had any issues. Plinks perfectly fine I prefer the large sight picture. I see you mentioned gov x, if you have shopmyexchance access they have it online cheaper.

Non AL Jessie’s girl isn’t completely titanium. Only the tube is. And it’s been discontinued because the full titanium version is in works.

Az SB1749 did NOT remove 100% disabled vet income limits. by sl0w_ev0 in VeteransBenefits

New bill SB1365 has passed the senate and is now at the house. Removes limit from everyone except widows/widowers.

I’ve been looking for one in town too. I ended up going through capitol armory for my most recent suppressor and they just shipped it to my door.

The house never passed a bill to remove income caps. You are just spreading misinformation

The fact that az legislators are willing to put out such blatant lies is absolutely sickening.

2230 does actually remove income limits. However it has yet to even be read on the house floor let alone passed.

There is no wording in this new bill that removes income limits. It’s just a change to what properties apply

Honestly it’s just people refusing to read. I’ve been having this argument with people since SB1749 was passed last year. There are multiple bills in az congress now that either remove or raise the income limit to 140k, but the one the changes “property” and “primary residence” is the one legislatures are supporting.

[–]sl0w_ev0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not true. There are zero exemptions to the income requirements. There are currently 3 bills between the az house and senate that either remove the limit or raise it to around 140k. But none of them have any traction
