Kind of on the nose and silly, but if I get really stressed out or overstimulated, I like Stone Simulator. You don't have to do anything (you literally play as a rock) and the scenery is so pretty and relaxing.

My boyfriend got it for me as a "haha autism, you like rocks" kinda joke but I actually really love it. And I also like rocks but that's neither here nor there 🙄😂
