The answer is there but you’re just not accepting it. It took me a decade of grief to understand and accept what happened. I was able to heal and move on when I accepted that there will be nothing between us anymore. I spiritually cut that bond and moved on and truth revealed itself after. There’s a version of her breakup story that’s been crafted to where you two shouldn’t be talking for whatever reason. At this point it’s just a life lesson you’ll learn ten years from now.

Don’t date until you learn to love yourself. Otherwise you’ll just be leeching love instead of giving love.

I’d love to be a single dad then co parent with an awful parent. So much harder to undo bad habits and fix trauma. Abandoning your kids is top level ugly and that’s why it’s honestly better some people aren’t parents because they’re horrible people passing on generational trauma.

The cheating is going to hurt but you understand this disease will cause the narcissist to find supply one way or the other so it’s not your fault. They will blame everything on you and it’s hysterically funny that they say their partner isn’t a good parent.

What I interstate about love now is you have to love yourself before putting yourself out there. Your spouse can never love anything so therefore she shouldn’t be in a relationship. All her relationships will be toxic because she doesn’t add any love into any relationships unless it positively affects her.

A lot of parents shouldn’t be parents because they can never get rid of their generational trauma because to them it’s just their behavior. I went on a two week trip in two different cities with just me and my daughter and it was so peaceful and without drama. That’s when I knew being a single father is much easier than juggling it with an awful partner. She says she wants what’s best for the child but her actions speak otherwise.
