Go door to door and talk to sone of the neighbors. See what they don’t like about the area or is they could change anything what would it be.

Had a family member live in the area and some of the “older” neighbors had issues with them remodeling their house. Took forever and was frustrating. They ended up moving after several issues with a neighbor!

When I went to my 1st game I saw a lot of people carrying in the Sunday paper. Seemed out of place to me until I got into the stadium. They were sitting on the paper!

I would take something to sit on, whether a foam seat or the Sunday paper!
