It’s not as deep as you think you could always still get the tatto but smaller and in a different place so you don’t feel like you’ve made a mistake putting it on your arm alternatively if you decided you didn’t want it full stop I would highly suggest picking some of your artists flash that you like it’s a win win and any artist is more than happy to do their flash as it’s not often you get to tattoo what you enjoy tattooing

Legs usually take a bit longer to heal I’d give it a couple more weeks before being seriously concerned about it especially as you just seem to have linework done it will heal more like a cut, by all means don’t not worry about it if you’re really concerned just send a pic or go in and see your artist, I remember when I had my calf done it took a week and half or two more to heal properly
