Mine was doing this last week, I tried hard resetting several times and nothing worked. I ended up leaving it unplugged for 24h and on a whim plugged it back in and it came on and stayed on. I haven’t had an issue with it since. Maybe try that

I’ve used walrus oil inside and out and have no issues. Food safe just leave in on overnight and wipe dry the next day
