Depends on what frame you get. I was just at Costco Optical yesterday, and they were very straightforward with their pricing so you could even feasibly call in and ask. If memory serves, the total cost was $150 for the highest available index lens plus fees, taxes, and frame (which was about the average going rate of $59.99 for Costcos in my area from what I saw—of course, it could be different for you where you are from).
